Cancellation Policy

We understand life is unpredictable and are happy to reschedule you if you are unable to make your appointment. We appreciate a 24-notice if possible, however please contact Camvas Aesthetics as soon as you know you are unable to make appointment time. If you notify Camvas Aesthetics any time prior to your appointment, you WILL NOT be charged a cancellation or re-booking fee. If you no-show without notifying us, 30% cancellation fee will be charged based on services booked. This cancellation fee does not apply to consultations as they are complimentary!
